Below is a copy of the research that was done for the Union Project by a group of CMU graduate students. This research was initiated to investigate cooperative studio models around the country in order to identify best practices for opening a clay studio at Union Project. There is also a PDF of the article I wrote that paraphrases this research for the magazine, Ceramics Monthly.
