This is a wood fired stoneware trough vase. This piece was fired for 30 hours using native hardwoods collected from the land where I live.
Some non structural cracks are visible on this piece. It was built using a coil and slab construction method.
This piece is part of the collection of pieces from the first firing of my new wood kiln, built in summer 2025.
